This term we have been doing cross country training. Here at the bottom are some photos from two days ago. Our goal is to run around our school 7 times before the real cross country day. When we run our heart gets stronger and we get more fit. We are also trying to pace our self. We shouldn't run so fast at the start or else we will get tired much quicker. Mr. Ogilvie says we are making good progress in our running.
