These past weeks we have been learning about advertising and what persuasive languages they use. In this advertisement my partners and I made, we used rhetorical questions, appealing words, low prices, and the group three rule.

Today our teacher gave us a task to explain what advertising is, their purpose, and what language features they used. As a group, we read and searched up what advertising was. But first our teacher gave us a dictation challenge. We were given a piece of paper to stick on the window. Then when the teacher said 'Go', one person had to read the paper, the other person had to tell the writer what the words were, and lastly the writer had to write as quick as possible. Later on our teacher gave us another challenge which was to write down what advertising meant, it's  purpose, and what language features they use (as seen above).
